Statutory Holiday-Friday Before Labour Day

This is a stat holiday for all industrial work and is payable at overtime rates. Under the Commercial-Institutional Agreements the Friday before Labour day can be floated to another day in the week. Straight time rates are payable if the Friday is worked.
